MERRY X-MAS :-)

well well well... too long since i last posted... so here is an update on the simple-life-of-matty:-D

hmm.. well now that is over with ... j/k

well, not a lot has been happening celebrated nine months last saturday which was exciting for me:-)
I realised I have grown a lot over the past year... have gotten over a few barriers which I am excited about, no longer does the painful memories of being cheated on affect me like they did...

I trust more now, which is great, I am gettng back to the way matty used to be:-) which makes me happy inside...
I got x-mas pressies already i got two awesoem framed pictures of Egyptian scenes, from my sister Lisa and I got money from dad which was awesome... I put it on my car which is even better news again... cos I only got $1,500 to pay off on it!

I start my new job on Wednesday *grin* YAY can't wait to start, my new employer is a good guy... will look after me, unlike my last employrs hehe I just finished typin them an email sayin what absolute Cunts they were... god it felt good:-)

got drunk on monday nite... wanted to do something a lil different and something I hadn't done in a while and it's easier for leelee on monday nites cos he doesn't haev to work on tuesdays:-) and we had a guest over.. good ol' jimmeh.. drove us up to the petrol station for more kindling cos we needed it for the fire we had:-) Leelee is good at the fire thing... i just destroy them lol
Anyways, it was a nite of drinking and arm writing and fire:-) was good fun... loved gettin drunk, was a way to de-stress and relax:-)
and most of all... i got unexpected compliments:-) it's always a good thing haha

I bought two new side-tables yesterday for b/room... they look pretty damn good:-) so big so I can fit all my stuff in them:-D anyways... something random lol always gotta havea bit of random in a post lol

I have a week without work... god it feels strange... but it's kinda cool been a while since i had this... and today I been lookin back and thinking about how much this year has changed... from me living in Melton and working at St. Albans hotel to finding a long-term Partner and changing jobs once, twice, three times haha sooo hope i don't have to do it again anytime in the near future...
OH i just found three hundred dollars too LOL it was totally unexpected! was cleaning up and I keep a lil' container with money in it.. nd I moved it and heard a lil rattling.. I thought it was jut $50 but I opened it up and OMG it was $300... i forgot I put it away for rent and totally forgot about it hehe

welll... today it all seams to be coming up Matty:-D except I tried making toasted cheese sandwiches and they didn't taste as good as the ones leelee makes:-*( I gotta wait till he gets home to have good ones:-D

well... not much has been happenin in the land of mattypoo:-P

i quite like it and I am getting very used to having it...
haven't been up to much... just cruisin through each day and takin life as it comes.. been rather sick lately haha it's been funny cos in the mornings I just sit still and I get hot flushes and the windows steam up lmao and i turn into a huge human heater when I am covered with any sort of blanket lol it's funny..
but thankfully tht is all over and now I am trying to get my diet back to the way it was... LOTS OF FOOD:-p lol
Put up an outdoor blind on the bedroom window tonight... i hope i did a good enough job... kinda worries me that peoples won't like it:-S but it should be fine... matty had to use math to figure out where to put the nails... so matty + math = disaster lol but I DO have my smart moments!*crosses fingers* i SO hope it was one of them:-P
anyways, a rather boring post... didn't know what to put here, but knew I had to put something...

BOY what an experience... had a blast at camping!
Me, leelee and some really noisy bugs haha and I'm talking NOISY!!! EAR PIERCING NOISY! but oh well enough bout the bugs and more about the camping:-)

We finnished work on sunday nite and got home, showered and left straight away for camping, by the way we went to Mt Cathedral Park, and it was a very nice drive, up the maroondah highway, we stopped at a nice lookout and then continued on to the campsite:-) it was starting to get dark by the time we arrived, but it was still easy to see... so we found a nice spot to camp and put up the tent quickly... moved all our stuff in and then rested for a bit then went to bed.

I don't remember much of the following days in the order it happened... but it was a very nice place, very quiet, not many people and we went for a bushwalk up the mountain took us a few hours but it was awesome and well worth it, there were many flies going around but it was kool they were better than listening to the noisy insects that inhabited the tree's which later on as we were about to leave we found two of the insects having sex so we put a stop to that immediately by poking them with a stick... it was GROSSS!

The night before we left there was a guy called pete who was livin off the land who came over and started talkin to us.. I didn't really have much to say so I was rather quiet:-P
He was kool though, had heaps of stories and stuff to say and was a generally good bloke used the C word a lot and swore a bit but he was kool harmless as a fish out of water...
But we stayed up most of the nite talkin with him(well leelee did most of the talking I sat and listened..) he seamed to like the fact I didn't talk much lol but he loved the responses I gave to any of the questions he asked me directly:-) which was great... I have a fan:-)

But the next day we were supposed to drive him to the local town to get him some refill for his Jim Beam bottle.. but the car had all our stuff pakced in it so we drove to Alexandra and bought him a bottle of beam and two bottles of coke.. cos he was such a kool sport:-) plenty of entertainment for a night so he was well worth the bottle of beam and coke:-)

so many rpetty towns and strange people... not to mention the freaky gay man serving at IGA in the town who wanted to know where I wanted my 'points' going.. :-S kinda worrying...

Anyways... we're back and missing the country but soo soo glad for KFC! haha
OH I had a buxton burger on the way back too!!! VERY VERY nice! the chips were awesome too:-) gotta get one next time I am in Buxton*personal note* :-)

anyways... I guess there is heaps more to say but my hands r getting sore... damn country hands:-D am amazed I know how to use a microwave or a mobile phone bein' back in the big smoke and around all these scary lookin individuals with their souped up cars and scary hairstyles!

Randomness Is Fun!

Well, second blog entry... I guess I gotta make this a good one:-P

I dunno where to start... work was a bit boring today HA well found where to begin.... the cafe is kool but it's just a bit quiet for good ol' matty... he is used to busy bistro's and large lounge's to take care of! But I guess it's good enough for now.. the hours work good for me and I can car pool to work:-) its great... I don't think I've ever spent this little on fuel.. EVER! oh maybe when I was in sydney and working down the road... that was kool.. barely ever used my car.. god I miss those days:-P

Still haven't got my audio system installed that was bought for me for my 22nd b/day... I wonder when it will happen:-P Will have to keep that updated...

well.. that was a little random! Lol
I got my blinker fixed yesterday YAY that irritating blinker, I just wanted to throw it out of the window.. It was so up itself, thinkin it was so kool blinkin faster than the others! grrr

Got the album yesterday of Rogue Traders... NOT bad at all GRRR @ k-mart though u bastards! I WANT MY SIMPSONS GAME! Leigh and I went to the one in Cambpelfield and they didn't have it and no k-marts seam to answer their phones cos I rang the one in Burwood and they never answered any of the times I rang, it was rather shit! so I decided to drive there and well they didn't have the game either:-( I wanna cry, I want the simpsons game!

Baught a blender the other day... I love it... my fave is my banana smoothies:-D YUMMY:-)

Been eating better and jogging most nites... I can feel the benefit of it already... YAY for fitness:-P

hmm anyways,.. such a random post... but I guess it's somewhere to start:-P
